The website offers physical records for purchase. Products are subject to availability.
Product descriptions, images and specifications are provided as accurately as reasonably possible. Minor differences in colour, appearance or packaging may occur.

Prices are displayed on the website and may be changed at any time. The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

Orders are shipped from Belgium to destinations worldwide.
Products are shipped to the delivery address provided when placing the order.
Estimated delivery times are provided for information purposes and may vary depending on the destination, shipping provider, customs authorities and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

For purchases made by consumers within the European Union, the consumer generally has a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the day on which the product is received.

Where the right of withdrawal applies, the consumer may cancel the purchase without providing a reason by clearly informing Pegassi BV of their decision to withdraw.
The consumer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Exception for sealed records: the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed audio or video recordings where the seal has been broken after delivery, where this exception applies under applicable law.

This does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights in relation to defective or non-conforming products.

Refunds will be made in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation following a valid withdrawal.

Products sold to consumers are covered by the applicable statutory legal guarantee.
For new products, Belgian law provides consumers with a two-year legal guarantee for lack of conformity, subject to the applicable legal conditions.
